How to Get Along With a Worker If You Are a Worker

Talk about the weather. Talk about your day. Talk about plans and what to do in your spare time. Bring up your environment spaces, and how they are causing problems. You can talk about current events, and people that are causing problems, but don’t talk about what kind of experiences in the past could have lead them to cause those problems. You ought to keep conversations light and steer clear of deep and important discussions.

If your ways are different from another Worker, don’t try to resolve them, but avoid trying to talk about them.

If someone does something that, from your perspective, looks strange, then you can tell another Worker about it who would also think it’s strange, to build friendship.

If you have just started getting to know another Worker pretty well, but then they have to move away, it’s OK to be sad, but try not to be too sad. You’ll probably meet someone else like them, and you could probably have the same types of experiences with different people.
